In the Words of Our Heroes

Our Mission

"Hunting for Heroes gave me a renewed sense of brotherhood. I felt that I belonged to something again, which gave me motivation and morale to go out and not just help myself, but other injured Law Enforcement Officers."

Joe Haman,
H4H Hero

Hunting for Heroes is a 501c3 nonprofit charity organization that provides services to disabled law enforcement officers who have been injured in the line of duty, including those suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

President's Message
Helping heroes live their new normal

As an active duty law enforcement officer, I always thought there was a group that cared for officers if we became disabled in the line of duty. I was shocked to discover that was not the case.  In fact, there is a gaping hole between the officers who die in the line of duty and those who linger on with debilitating injuries.
